A lakasberles burokratikus szempontbol nem bonyolultabb mint Angliaban - ott is ugynoksegtol bereltunk, itt is igy teszunk. Idaig egyedul Magyarorszagon bereltunk maganszemelytol, ebben az esetben persze kevesebb volt a papirmunka.
Mar Londonbol kineztuk a kornyeket, igy leszukitve a valasztekot, nem mellekesen pedig a szoba joheto altalanos iskolakat is. Nem lett volna ertelme nagyon messze lakni Caio iskolajatol, sot, idealis esetben gyalog megkozelitheto helyet szerettem volna, hogy ne legyen mindig autohoz kotve az ember. Ez sikerult is amugy.

A CPF nemcsak adoszamkent funkcional de egyfajta ID is, es nyilvantartas az adohatosag fele. CPF nelkul nem lehet szinte megmozdulni sem, nem lehet bankszamlat nyitni, ingatlant venni/berelni, ingosagokat venni, hazi orvoshoz menni, elofizetni mobiltelefonra. Kabe mint Magyarorszagon a szemelyi igazolvany / lakcimkartya kombo, de itt Braziliaban a CPF-en felul van szemelyi igazolvany is. Nekem is van CPF-em persze, ezt meg Londonban a brazil kovetsegen igenyeltuk, a vizumommal egyutt. Egy havi berleti dijat fizettunk elore, biztositasi dijat mint kauciot, illetve vissza nem teritendo adminisztracios dijat.

Nincs kozel a tengerparthoz, igy oda nem fogunk naponta lesetalni (biciklivel amugy nem nagy tavolsag), viszont az epulethez tartozik medence is, igy az talan napi program lehet. (a vizet nem futik, igy neha kihivas az elso nehany csobbanas, de hamar megszokja az ember).
A butorokat nem volt olyan konnyu kivalasztani, mert nagyon nagy az arkulonbseg a gagyi olcso, es a kozepes vagy jo minosegu butor kozott. A gyerekszobabutor kinalat pedig egyenesen siralmas. Minden butor fenyes feher vagy fenyes fekete vagy fenyes barna! Brrrr....Igazi gyerekszinek. Ugyanez igaz a konyhara is.
Igy meg mindig turom a netet es jarjuk a varost, hogy megtalaljuk a megoldast a fenti formedvenyek es a megfizethetetlen minosegi kozott.
A TokStok peldaul az europai Ikea-nak felel meg, es mint ilyen nalam eleve bejon - a hetvegen teszunk egy turat es remelem megtalalunk mindent ami kell.

Being a tenant here in Brazil is not more complicated from bureaucratic point of view as in England or in Hungary. We have been renting flat for years now and apart from Budapest, where we rented from a private person, we always rented via agency. It always means more paperwork but safer too at the same time.
We picked the district where we wanted to live in Santos well in advance narrowing the range for flats and possible primary schools as well. Ideally I wanted the flat to be in a walking distance from the school and after checking many of them, by the end we managed to find a nice school for Caio near the building.
Regarding paperwork, we had to provide the agency with income statement, certificate of income, certificate of employment, workbook and bank account statement and we paid one month rent and insurance fee in advance.
In addition to that CPF was a must too. CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration Number) is one of the base documents in Brazil. It identifies the tax payer at the Federal Internal Revenue Departmental (Tax office). It is a document that any person - living in Brazil or not, Brazilian citizen or not - needs if the person if the person wants to purchase goods (real estate, vehicle, mobile phone etc...) or to open a bank account.
I got my CPF in London at the Brazilian Embassy together with my permanent visa.
After signing the contract it also had to be notarized before we got the keys; I think that was the only difference between the process here and in UK.
Getting the keys didn't mean that we could actually start living in the flat as being the very first tenant we had to arrange water, electricity, internet and phone connection first. Also, we rent an unfurnished flat that means there are no furniture at all so we had to buy everything by ourselves. It was not easy to find the ones that met with our taste as most of them with affordable price looked really ugly and cheap. I personally hate furniture with shiny covering but I noticed it was pretty common here. Ah, and everything is white or brown or black! Why?
Anyhow, it seemed that in order to give Caio`s room a pretty look we had to look further and visit stores like TokStok which is the Ikea of Brazil and as such prices range from super cheap to mid-range, has style and quality at the same time.
We are going to visit one of the nearest stores this weekend and I hope we can complete our mission of goods purchase this time.
